Prerequisites

1. Install Keplr wallet extension from https://www.keplr.app/ to interact with the Data Layer.
2. Get the web extension of Keplr wallet for seamless integration.
3. Reach out to our Discord community to get access to the faucet, which is exclusively available for Builders Program Members. This will provide you with dev network tokens to start your journey.

Let's Get Started:

1. Head over to https://developer-portal.syntropynet.com/ to access the Developer Portal.

2. Add Your dApp:

   • Look for the "+" icon located next to "Your Dapps" and click on it to create a new application.
   • Give your dApp a unique and meaningful name, such as "Test App" or anything that represents your project's purpose.
   • The Developer Portal will automatically generate an "Access Token" specifically for your dApp. This Access Token will play a crucial role in your interactions with data streams, including subscribing, publishing, and building your backend or frontend.
   • Pro Tip: Ensure that you save the "Access Token" in a secure location for easy access whenever you need it. You can also download it as a .txt file for added convenience.
   • Once you have confirmed that you've saved the "Access Token," go ahead and click on the "Register dApp" button to complete the process.
   • Important: Remember that every time you create a new dApp, you'll need to approve the transaction via your wallet. This is a necessary security step to ensure the integrity of your projects.

Head to Developer-Portal

1. Click on Launch App

2. Click on cosmos1hdp63c4wrz5ut0jkdn6jshg4vxg7770sezez9g

3. Click on Copy address and send the request to get the tokens via Discord.

4. Click on the "+" icon next to "Your Dapps" to create a new application.

5. Give your Dapp a unique name, such as "Test App."

6. Click on Continue

7. Click on copy icon to copy the "Access Token

The portal will generate an "Access Token" for your Dapp. Save this token as you will need it for interactions with data streams, subscribing, publishing, and building your backend or frontend. You can also download it as a .txt file for convenience.

8. Check I confirm that I have securely stored the access token

9. Click on Create Dapp

10. Click on Add stream

Click on the "Add Stream" button to begin subscribing to the data streams you're interested in.

11. Choose the streams that suit your needs and subscribe to them.

12. Click on Subscribe

13. Click on Subscribe

14. Paste your "Access Token" to confirm the subscription and approve the transaction on your wallet.

15. Click on Continue
